Where things stand
Accounts are issued by the school, not made online.
Nobody signs up. The school gives every member of staff and every student a password of their own, and reaches every parent at the telephone number it holds for them. If you have not been given a way in, the school office will give you one.

Students
A record of coursework, timetables and school communication, in the language of instruction and in their own.
Staff
The records and tools a teacher or member of staff needs to do their work, issued through the school rather than a personal account.
The school has not yet published its portal address. Until it does, the school office will tell you how to sign in.
